  1. See something you like on our website?When it comes to silver and jewellery many people like to hold, and feel the item in the comfort of their own home. We understand this and therefore are happy to send an item to you (free of charge) and if you like it, great, you simply keep the item. If you feel it doesn’t meet your requirements and you want to return the item, AC Silver will meet the return postage costs and refund the money for the item. (See terms and conditions)
  1. Can I pay for an item over several months?Layaway or payment by instalments is a possible option. Rates and timescales are agreed on an item by item basis.   1. What are your postage costs?Postage is always free, both nationally and internationally.
  1. What is an Insurance Valuation?The complimentary insurance valuation which accompanies the majority of items purchased from AC Silver is an informative document which provides a clear description, colour images and a replacement value for the item purchased.This document may be used for insurance and reference purposes and is provided by AC Silver as a free service.
  1. Can I have the item gift wrapped and packed?AC Silver is happy to provide a complementary professional gift wrap service, displaying items of jewellery in either a brown or black presentation box, veiled in an elegant silk wrap, offered in a ribbon tied AC Silver bag.Larger items of silver are wrapped in silver tissue paper within a ribbon tied, silver coloured presentation box.
  1. What is your returns policy?AC Silver operates a full refund within 30 days of any online purchase from AC Silver (See terms and conditions)
  1. What is the independent diamond grading report card/certificate?The majority of jewellery pieces are supplied with a complimentary diamond grading report card and/or certificate. The reports are provided by the Independent Diamond Grading Laboratory based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, UK. Read more here…

What is your diamond guarantee?AC Silver offers a complimentary service to help you care for any item of diamond jewellery purchased.The 10 year Diamond Guarantee provides a free annual clean, claw and setting check to ensure every item of AC Silver jewellery looks at its very best all year round.
  1. Does the price shown include VAT (Value Added Tax)?All items offered for sale are sold on the antique or second hand margin scheme, so no VAT is charged, added to, or included in the price shown.
  1. If I buy a ring and it doesn’t fit can it be sized?Resize is dependent on the ring style/setting, and the degree of alteration requested. These variables are easily discussed, and if resize is a feasible option, it will be carried out to meet your requirements free of charge.An example of a ring that can’t be resized is a full eternity ring (below) where diamonds surround the full ring band.
